Directions for use
Gently push up from the bottom (not twist-up tubes). Massage a liberal amount into areas needing care. Reapply as needed, up to once every 4 hours. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands after use.

I have a bum shoulder that causes me some grief from time to time from an old mountain biking injury. I was so incredibly hopeful this balm would help with my shoulder whenever it flares up from overuse. Guess what?! It SO did!!! I have been applying this for about a week now and I can say 100% it has helped the discomfort in my shoulder, I have even applied it to my lower back! Game changer for me! Yep, my go-to for Mountain Biking aches -- they seem to last longer these days, but still so worth it! The joint ache balm is such a great anti-inflammatory, not just for the joints (but good for death grip mountain bike hands for those extra sketchy trail days), but works well on elbows, knees, shoulders as you've noted, etc....go Plant-Power!

Great nights sleep again.

I have often had difficulty getting a good night’s sleep due to arthritis in my left shoulder. During the night if I switch sleeping positions to that side, it wakes me up from the pain.
I saw Purely Maxwell Arthritis & Joint balm on their web site and decided to give it a try since we love all of their soaps, shampoos and candles.
It did the trick the first night. I have put it on every night since and sleeping like a baby.
