How do you ship?

We ship orders via USPS, UPS and Fedex using the least amount of recyclable packaging material possible. Shipping options, including express services, are available during checkout.

Purely Maxwell offers free standard ground shipping (no code needed) on orders $59 or more within the contiguous US.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Purely Maxwell offers shipment of online orders to addresses in the US only. We will be extended our reach to Canada Soon! For orders to Canada, the customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any apply). These fees are not including in the shipping that we charge and may be charged to you when your package reaches the border.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packed and shipped during normal business hours and within 0-2 business days from receipt of payment. Our business days are Monday through Friday. (Except for Holidays) Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped -- depending on your distance from Bend, Oregon.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please email and include your order number.

What are my shipping cost options?

Flat Rate $6.95 For all Contiguous US Orders (Standard ground service only)
* Orders $59 or more ship for FREE (Contiguous US via Standard delivery only) ** If expedited service is chosen during checkout, the shipping rate will be reflected in the cart total. 

Missing Item Policy 

Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please accept our apologies and let us know. We can ship it out to you or include it in your next order. If you receive something additional that you did not order, enjoy it or share it with someone!
