Open within 6 months for optimal results; soap lasts longer. However, the bulk of our products remain viable for 1-2 years when stored correctly.

It's difficult to order natural body products online and sometimes what we receive is not exactly what we imagined it would be. Due to hygiene and personal safety, merchandise, once sold, is no longer able to be resold or restocked. Thus, it is very difficult for us to provide a site-wide refund policy.
