Yes, absolutely. We are proudly cruelty-free and do not test our products on animals at any stage of development. We believe in ethical wellness and consciously source our ingredients.

We craft, by hand, in small batches, plant-based products that help you feel good, look good, and do good—supporting whole-body wellness.

Open within 6 months for optimal results; soap lasts longer. However, the bulk of our products remain viable for 1-2 years when stored correctly.

Keep it on a draining dish and store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from moisture.

It's difficult to order natural body products online and sometimes what we receive is not exactly what we imagined it would be. Due to hygiene and personal safety, merchandise, once sold, is no longer able to be resold or restocked. Thus, it is very difficult for us to provide a site-wide refund policy.

We want you to love your Purely Maxwell experience! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right. Simply contact our customer service team (info@purelymaxwell.com), and they’ll guide you through the process.

We’re committed to sustainability in every aspect of our business. Our packaging is made from eco-friendly materials, including recycled and recyclable components, we've minimized our use of plastics and we are always exploring new ways to reduce our environmental impact.
